About Dr. Malcolm Anderson
Dr. Anderson maintains a part-time professional practice at the North Pines Center, Inc. while working full-time as an Associate Professor of Clinical Psychology at the Georgia School of Professional Psychology of Argosy University-Atlanta where he teaches graduate students in the Treatment and Assessment of Diverse Populations, Child, Family and Couples Psychotherapy and Consultation and Supervision. Dr. Anderson has worked in many clinical settings treating families and children. He is a former collegiate athlete who now enjoys coaching high school lacrosse. He is a husband, father, and active member in his church and community.

Degrees and Licenses:
Dr. Anderson received his BS in psychology with a minor in biology from Hobart College and his MS in Counselor Education from Syracuse University with a specialty in multicultural therapy. He received his Ph.D. from Loyola University, Chicago in Counseling Psychology specializing in multicultural therapy and research. He is a licensed clinical psychologist in Georgia.

Additional Information
Dr. Anderson has published and/or collaborated on research projects in the areas of multicultural training, assessment and treatment and is an avid presenter at conferences and workshops in the areas of cross cultural child assessment and treatment, adolescent development, and multicultural sensitivity and competence training.
