Carolyn M. Minor, LCSW
About Carolyn M. Minor:
Ms. Minor maintains a full time private practice while contracting with North Pines Center, Inc. When Ms. Minor graduated from North Georgia College in 1979, she immediately went to work with the Department of Family and Children services in a rural area of north Georgia where she gained experience in working with low income families. She later worked directly with families from all income levels who were experiencing some form of physical, emotional, or verbal abuse. After her experience with DFCS, Ms. Minor gained experience working in a psychiatric unit of a hospital and in a private practice with different physicians where she worked with people from varied economic, social, cultural, and religious backgrounds. Eventually, Ms. Minor established own private practice. As a part of her private practice, Ms. Minor contracts with different employee assistance programs.

Degrees and Licenses:
Ms. Minor received her undergraduate degree in Social Work from North Georgia College in Dahlonega, GA. She received her masters degree in Social Work from the University of Georgia in Athens, GA. She is licensed by the state of Georgia as a licensed clinical social worker.
